Refund Policy

Supreme Diesels Services always strives for the highest quality in all our services and customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before availing our services.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable for services that have not yet been rendered or completed. For parts and products, refunds may be provided only if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be provided for diagnostic charges or services already performed. Customized or special order parts are non-refundable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

Process for Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us or visit our workshop with your original receipt or invoice. Once your request is received, our team will inspect and verify the refund eligibility. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:
Refunds are not applicable for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control (such as third-party suppliers, transport, etc.). No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind after the service has been started or completed.
